I have been working with Reiki since 2011 and am qualified to level 2. Reiki has helped me with self healing and growth, it is now a very large part of my life and something I would not want to be without.
I am pleased to have been able to use Reiki to help my clients.
A course of Reiki treatments has been found to help with pain relief, aid natural healing, promote deep relaxation, bring balance to the mind and body, reduce stress and tension, release stored emotions, focus the mind and bring a sense of well-being.
I am also qualified in Holistic Massage and offer a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage combined with Reiki.
I am qualified in Animal Reiki, specialising in Feline Reiki and offer treatments for animals in their own surroundings.
