Woowoo Wellbeing

My name is Gemma and I am a reiki practitioner and wellbeing adviser. I wanted to introduce to you Woowoo Wellbeing.
I want to integrate traditional health and wellbeing support with a more holistic and alternative approach, supporting people towards their goals, both physical and mental health orientated, exploring how they intersect and are inextricably linked.
I want you to feel heard! I will support you with wellbeing advice, whilst also providing reiki treatments, to ensure that your body is in perfect alignment to receive all the nurturing and care that you are going to learn to provide it in a way that works for you.
I have a particular passion for working with young people/adults and have worked in education for 17 years, most recently for the last 4 years, as a wellbeing advisor at a university. So, I am familiar with the social and emotional challenges faced in today’s society. I also have a current CRB and am a mental health first aider.
I am also a mum to 3 girls and a bonus daughter, who is now 19 years old. All of which bring me great joy and experience of the situations that they navigate and the knowledge of the huge benefits that reiki and wellbeing support can bring to them.
However, services are on offer to anyone who can benefit from them, which is everyone!
