Although most people seek to use Reiki initially when experiencing problems with their physical or emotional health, Lois believes the benefits of regular treatments to maintain and enhance wellbeing can be equally valuable.

Whilst most treatments are carried out on a one-to-one basis, Lois also works with beamed and distance Reiki and has an interest in the use of Reiki to treat animals.
